What kind of products does Yugen Studio offer?
Yugen Studio offers:
- Hot foil prints and light art.
- Illustrations and posters with Japanese, retro-futuristic, geek, and sci-fi inspiration.
- Original artworks (paintings, collages).
- Custom-made creations: personalized works, unique paintings...
- Handcrafted items: handmade magnets, embroidery kits, stationery, etc.
- Textiles and accessories with original designs.
Are your hot stamped prints handmade?
Yes! Our hot-stamped prints, gilding, and holographic finishes are hand-made in our workshop, making them unique and collectible pieces.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We offer:
- Custom paintings, collages, clothing, and objects,
- Digital or manual illustrations,
- Custom hot foil stamped prints.

Are your items made in your workshop?
- Original artwork, magnets, stamped prints, and handmade items are entirely produced in our workshop.
- Posters alone are produced by our print-on-demand partners to ensure consistent quality.
How to care for stamped prints?
Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve colors.
Gently clean with a soft cloth, without abrasive products.

Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver?
Most often in France, but we ship throughout Europe.
For any requests outside Europe, please contact us by e-mail.
What are your delivery times?
Depending on the type of item:
- Print-on-demand products (Printful/Printify): standard printer lead times + shipping.
- Handmade items and stationery: standard postal delivery, 3 to 7 days for preparation + delivery.
- Original and custom artwork: varies based on availability and creation time.
Is delivery free?
- Yes, delivery is free in France for all standard items.
- For special items, the price will depend on the weight of the item.
- For certain custom-made products, fees will be indicated in the quote.
- Delivery charges will apply for Europe.
- Please contact us by email for delivery outside Europe.
Do you offer express shipping or pickup point delivery?
For stationery items, only the standard postal option is available on the website.

Do you accept returns?
- Print-on-demand products are not refundable (custom production).
- Original artworks and handmade items are not returnable.
- In case of a damaged product, do not hesitate to contact us within 48 hours with a photo.
Custom creations
How does a custom order work?
You send us your idea, theme, or desired universe via the Contact page or by email.
We then discuss:
- the type of creation (manual or digital)
- the artistic direction
- the colors
- the dimensions
- the materials (holographic, hot stamping, collage, etc.)
We then provide you with a quote and a creation schedule.
What kind of custom creations do you offer?
We create:
- paintings and collages
- digital illustrations
- hot foil prints
All works are handmade in our studio.
How much does a custom piece cost?
The price depends on:
- the format
- the techniques used
- the degree of complexity
- the materials
Custom-made artworks generally start around 150–200€, but each project is different.
What are the lead times?
Allow 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and our schedule.
Urgent orders may sometimes be accepted for an additional fee.
Can I request modifications during the creation process?
Yes, within reason.
One or two small changes are possible as long as the overall structure of the artwork is not compromised.
After final approval of the sketch, significant changes may incur an additional fee.
Can I track the progress of the creation?
Yes. We can send you photos or videos of important milestones (without revealing the mystery of the piece).
If you prefer to keep it a complete surprise, just let us know!
Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Yes. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon acceptance of the quote.
This deposit allows us to book time in our schedule, cover the initial materials needed, and secure your commitment to the project. Work only begins once the deposit is received.
Do you offer works inspired by anime or geek culture?
Yes, as long as we remain within personal artistic interpretation.
We do not directly reproduce copyrighted images, but we create original works inspired by your favorite universes (Japan, sci-fi, fantasy, retro-futurism, etc.).
Are custom orders refundable?
No.
As custom creations are unique and made especially for you, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Can I offer a customized piece?
Of course!
We offer gift vouchers so the recipient can choose their own theme. Contact us for more information.
